Terms & Conditions
- These rates are valid till the end of 2020.
- Rates quoted in Ngultrum & based on single/double occupancy respective to the meal plan.
- Maximum two adults & two children below the age of 12 years permitted per room without extra bed.
- Extra bed will be charged Nu.1000 ++
- Child with bed on CP Nu.1250++ and MAP Nu.1625++
- Child without Bed on CP Nu.250++ and on MAP Nu.625++
- 50% discount on meals for children between 6-12 years. Meals are complementary for 5 years & below.
- Prevailing exchange rates in foreign currency will apply for guest making payment in Dollars.
- Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Package rates as per the proforma invoice sheet.
- 3 % of the Transaction Amount in case of International VISA and Master Cards.
- 0% of the Transaction Amount in case of Local Bank Cards.
- Rates are subjected to 10% Bhutan Sales Tax & 10% Service Charge. (++)
Reservations & Cancellation
“Regular Season” (June, July, August, December, January & February) & 45 days during “Peak season”
- 20% payment on booking and full deposit must be made 30 days prior to check in date during (March, April, May, September, October & November)
- Any changes in reservation dates or cancellations must be sent in writing.
- Rooms will not be held if full deposit is not made.
- Book 8 rooms and the 1 is complimentary during both the Season
- Prior to check in will incur 100% cancellation fee.
- Late arrivals, no show or early departures will be charged in full (100%)
Check In & Check out policy
- Normal check in is 12 pm &check out time is 12:00 pm.
- Request for early check in may be considered depending on room availability.
- Request for late checkout may be considered depending on room availability and chargeable on request.
Offers and Discount Policy
- 20% discount on rooms during regular season
- Cancellation received less than 15 days “Regular season” & less than 30 days “High Season
